I will be out of town from February 14th thru March 2 2025. I have a personal family matter to attend to in Florida. There will be someone here at the shop to take in orders and continue to help customers. No jobs coming in during that time will be worked on until I return.
For health reasons I will not always be in the shop for customers. I will make appointments for customers that need me before the hours I am here and hours after I leave and meet them at the shop. My hours are Monday thru Thursday 8 Am until close to noon but I usually try to stay to noon if I am able. There will be some days that I will not be at the shop when there are appointments for doctors etc. Please forgive the short hours and days for my presence but there will be Prudence to help customers 9 Am to 2:30 PM she has lunch from 11:30 Am to 12:00 PM Monday thru Thursday. Cameron may be here on and off from 10 Am to 3:00 PM Monday thru Thursday. We are close every holiday and every Friday, Sat, and Sunday. I answer the phone when I leave the shop until 2:00 PM then shut it off to rest. But I do listen to voice messages and read emails and texts all day everyday. I work on projects for customers every day and the orders will be completed in a mannerly fashion. I will call customers to verify details when I am not here and need further clarification on orders.

We are detail-oriented and focus solely on creating a masterpiece that will leave you in awe. We are fully equipped with the right sewing machines and other tools that help create the perfect attire for your special event. In addition, we provide free pickup and delivery to local areas within Snohomish and King County, and lower pricing than our competitors.
Our satisfaction is your complete approval of each product we produce. We will redo, or replace items that are not 100% to your approval if possible. (We limit the replacement of items to items purchased from our catalogs, but do not replace items that customers bring in themselves.)
We provide color charts for thread colors, catalog for purchasing of clothing and we give our professional opinions on items we feel cannot be embroidered, Limited Quilting Services, or digital heat transferred and provide an alternative if possible.
Information for Our Online Customers
We provide custom digital laser heat transfers on items such as t-shirts, 100% polyester garments, HiVs garments. We embroider on all garments made from cotton, blends, and some chest logos on t-shirts. Stretchy or very thin garments we will not embroider on since the amount of stretch on the thin material cause the embroidery to pucker and pull those garments are better with heat transfers which do not push, pull, or pucker.
We strive to make your item perfect and will replace garments not up to standards when customers return unacceptable garments based on each piece returned. We will not replace the complete order if the unacceptable garments are not returned to our company.
