All About Me
Who I Am
I am a wife of a retired Army solider. A mom to fantastic Quadruplets who are about to launch to what the Lord has for them next. Yes you read that right I have 4 kids all the same age. I love Jesus! I'm passionate about leading my multicultural Youth Group on Thursday nights and singing on the worship team Sunday mornings.
As a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, I feel honored to be able to share my expertise with families around South Puget Sound. I approach birth holistically, from a functional perspective believing that birth is a normal part of life. While providing physical support during labor, my role is also to act as an advocate for the birthing family. Supporting families postpartumly my greatest joy mentoring a family who is unsure of what they are doing, coming along side them and working myself out of a job becasue they no longer need my support.I believe everyone deserves love and support during their transition into parenthood.

Birthing Guidance
Offering Support
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. I do this with weekly text check-ins and schduled appointment. Answer any questions and provide you with education about birth, baby care, and help with the preparation of a birth plan.
My birth packages inculded 2 prenatal visits, 2 postpartum visits to use as you choose, Birth support I come when you call and stay as long as you need. Usally 2 hours postpartum longer if needed. Weekly check-in text messages to see how you are doing and answer any questions you might have. Unlimited text and email support. Phone calls are welcomed but may not always be avaible at the time of the call. But I will return them with in 24 hrs.
Postpartum Support
I believe every parent deserve love and support in their transition to parenthood.
Pregnancy, birth, and the early days of childrearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. I offer daytime support as well as overnight support. The support I provide is but not limited to caring for the baby so parents may rest, shower. Light housework such as laundry, dishes, and sweeping the kitchen floor. Meals either prepping or light cooking for the family. Caring for older children.
Prenatal Consaultation
Informative and Compassionate
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. I also use my skills as a Birth Pro with Body Ready Method to assess and help my clients prepare for a functional birth.
Prices: this is feature to my birth package. Can be purchased separately for $120 for 2 hr Consaultation, use this time to draw from my wealth of knoweldge and experiance to aide in your preparation for your birth.
Hypnobabies Doula
Relaxed and Calmer Birth
As a Certified Hypnobabies Doula, I've been trained in the Hypnobabies birthing method. This means not only do I understand the method, but I am properly trained to meet the very specific needs of helping to facilitate a birth with this method. With using hypnosis for your birth there is specific langue that must be used to achive the disired outcome. I have a good understanding of meeting the need of my clients who are choosing to birth with hypnosis. I also support clients who may choose a differnt brand of hypnosis to use as well.
Prices: This can be added into a birth package as a feature.
Or $120 for 2hr session of a stand alone appointment.
Body Ready Method Assesment
Balance, Mobility,
As a Certifed Birth Pro, I give 1 on 1 assessment, and sessions. Provide education in what physicalical birth is and what that means to you. In sessions I provide personalized support for you during pregnancy to help you be better balanced while aiding in a physicalical birth. In postpartum, the sessions help in recovery, strengthening, and increasing mobility as you adjust to being a new parent. I also give personalized plan to help you achive being more blanced as you move through your life. This may also help with discomforts you are feeling prenatally and during postpartum recover. Sessions can be added on to any packages or stand alone sessions.
Price for services: $80 for intial session and then $60 for 1 hour followup sessions.
Healing Touch Sessions
Calming and Restorative
Healing Touch is a form of energy body work that helps the body be more relaxed, aides in restoring the overall flow, blance of the person energy. As well as a reduction in physical and emtional discomforts. This can also be healing for you during your pregancy, birth and beyond. Healing touch can be added on to any package or be done as a stand alone session.
Prices: $80 for stand alone session or additonal session addded to birth or postpartum package
Aromatherapy Essential Oil
Let the aroma guide you.
I approach everything in my pratice from a holistic view. Aromatherapy incorprating essentials have many bennifits. From calming, relaxing, awaking, to improving your mood. Everything in our bodies in connected. If you are courious about what the best oils are for your current stage in life, or how to use them contact me. I'm certifed in aromatherapy for pregancy, birth, and postpartum.
Prices: $30 hr session.

Better informed birth
I'm very excited to offer this new class very soon. Body Ready Birth Prep, is exactly that. It's a class that teaches the birthing family about physoligical birth which can be applied to any birth setting. This is not a birth education class. There will be education about birth, but this dose no take the place of that type of class. In this class I will teach techniques that help to open pelvis at different levels, discuss what labor flow is, why is it important, and what is personal atomanony, why dose that matter, and so much more. This will be open to any birthing families. More information will be coming in the future. I am very excited to be one to the few to bring this to our state.
